• Had countless chai breaks with restaurant staff, chatting about waste segregation and making it work without adding pressure on them.

• Started a composting project from scratch — no machines, just people, patience, and piles of kitchen waste turning into rich compost 🍂
• Managed an amazing crew of volunteers who helped convert waste into over 300+ kg of compost, which we shared with local farmers and home gardeners 🌱

• It made me feel happy and grateful — realizing how lucky I was, even coming from a middle-class family, to have access to decent education. The experience made me more humble and instilled a deep sense of empathy ❤️ and kindness 🌱.

• Built and led the “Swachh Bharat” campaign, driving awareness and volunteer participation.
• Trained cadets for the Republic Day Parade 2021.

• Organized and contributed to a blood donation camp, driving community engagement.
• Promoted twice within a year for exemplary leadership as a 'leading NCC Navy cadet'.

A national-level fest known for its focus on management training, personal development, and real-world business simulations.

• Won the “Most Sales” award by passionately selling soaps, food packets, cleaning items, and a lot more — with a team of 3, going to bus stations, railway stations, college cafés, and roadside stalls.

• One of the best moments: a guy around 26 gave us ₹500 saying, “Yaar yeh sab maine bhi bahut kiya hai college mein.” I don't remember the exact conversation, but that memory — I'll always carry it with me.
